Community Homes provides exceptional, community-based housing for adults with developmental disabilities where residents live rich, full lives. Since 1995, we have created high-quality homes where adults with developmental disabilities feel a sense of belonging, build independence, and connect in the community.
Over the next three years, we will expand our housing model to create more stable, sustainable homes for adults with developmental disabilities in North King County and South Snohomish County.
Our work ensures holistic, coordinated support for adults with developmental disabilities, reduces strain on family caregivers, and strengthens the community-based housing system. We are ready to grow our impact by preparing for sustainable growth, expanding housing opportunities, strengthening current homes, and investing in the future.
